Join us in Oxford for a relaxed start to the weekend.

When: Evening, 18:30 - 21:30
Where: The Churchill Court, Witney, OX29 8LA
Vibe: Casual catch-up before the main event
Getting there: 10 minutes by train from Oxford (hotel right by Hanborough station), 20 minutes by car/taxi (limited parking!)
Nearby: Historic Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, good for walks and pubs if you're around during the day

All official Saturday events will take place at Medley Walled Garden, Oxford.

When: Arrive from 12:00, ceremony starts at 12:30
Where: Medley Walled Garden, Oxford
Vibe: The main event, let's celebrate!
Carriages: Strict music off at 23:00, everyone out by 23:30

Recovery brunch

Drop in for a relaxed send-off before everyone heads home or continues the weekend.

When: 11:00 - early afternoon
Meet at: Port Meadow Car Park, with a coffee
Vibe: Casual, drop-in
Activities: Walk on port meadow, pizza at The Medley
Nearby coffee: Broche specialty coffee (best), 101 Coffee (next best), Society (also good, but further away)

Jazz jam

If you can confidently join the band for a few standards, please do.

One of the RSVP tick boxes asks about a jazz jam because we genuinely mean it. If you're happy sitting in with the band for a tune or two, we'd be thrilled to have you.
