Travel & logistics

Come to Oxford

Here are the essentials for getting to the Venue and making a weekend of it.

Public transport

Travelling by Train

The nearest train station is Oxford Station, which is a 20-minute walk from the venue and is a lovely walk along the Thames Path the whole way. To get on the Thames Path from the station, head North via Rewley Road and the Rewley Road Swing Bridge, and head under the railway line. The Medley Walled Garden can be accessed from the Thames Path.

If you would like to get a taxi, the shortest path to the venue is currently closed so we'd recommend a short walk to Botley road to get a taxi/uber from the other side of the road works.

On foot or by bike

Travelling under your own steam

Grab a coffee in Oxford. Walk/cycle across the meadow.

Our favourite place for coffee in Oxford is Society Cafe, but if you're after somewhere closer to the venue, 101 coffee in Jericho would be our top pick.

Car

Travelling by Car

Navigate to "Medley Manor Farm, Oxford, OX2 0NJ".

There is parking available on-site for guests with 40 spaces. It's in a field so bear in mind it might be a bit bumpy.

Accommodation

Hotel and stay recommendations.

There are lots of hotels and airbnbs in the surrounding area. The nearest budget option is probably the Premier Inn in Oxford Botley or in Oxford City Centre. If you are struggling to find something suitable, let us know and we can see if there is anyone in Oxford with a spare room we can pair you up with.
